We are dog owners ourselves, and understand how important it is for our customers to be confident they are doing the very best for their pet’s health. To do this you need to know exactly what you are feeding your dog.   

When Tony and I started Hilton Herbs in 1990 we had no idea that our enthusiasm for, and commitment to, natural health-care products for animals would develop into an international business.  From the outset we were determined never to compromise on the quality of our ingredients, to back up our products with an in-depth knowledge of herbal medicine, and offer the very best customer service possible. We know that our Helpline is vital to the success of our business. It has been there since ‘day one’ and we are proud of its role in providing our customers with a friendly, knowledgeable, point of contact.  If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact us, we are here to help.

Our pure herbal products are all manufactured here, at Downclose Farm, in a purpose-built facility.  We employ local people, many of whom are dog owners themselves and, like us, believe that only the very best will do for our pets. Our products do not contain fillers, additives, or animal by-products.  Each day our natural healthcare products leave our farm in rural Somerset, destined for dog owners all over the world!
